choose your adventure at lake ozette

Summary: Lake Ozette provides quite the multi-faceted outdoor escape for Olympic Peninsula adventurers. You can hike the boardwalk trails through the forests to reach the pacific coastline via Cape Alava (3.1 miles one-way), Sand Point (3.0 miles one-way), or you can complete the Ozette Triangle which is a 9.4 mile loop. These are the only trails to the Pacific Coast from Lake Ozette.

There are campsites and RV spaces available alongside Lake Ozette or you can do overnight backpacking along the pacific coastline. Lake Ozette also features a boat launch, which enables you to enjoy the lake via boat, kayak, etc. or access campsites at Ericsons Bay (water-access only). Another camping option just outside the park is the Lost Resort, which offers campsites, a general store, and cabin rentals.
