Our cancellation policy is based on the amount of notice provided by the client upon requesting cancellation via phone, email, or our online form.

Group Shuttles

  • 24 hours or more: 97%* refund

  • Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

Custom Shuttles

  • 1 week or more: 97%* refund

  • 24 hours or more: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

Group Tours

  • 24 hours or more: 97%* refund

  • Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

Private Tours

  • 2 weeks or more: 97%* refund

  • 1 week or more: 50% refund

  • Less than 1 week: 0% refund

* 3% Non-Refundable Fee

We retain a 3% credit card processing fee for all cancelled transactions.

Guided Backpacking Trips

  • 1 month or more = 90%** refund

  • 1 week or more = 50% refund

  • 1 week or less = 0% refund

** 10% Non-Refundable Fee

Due to the advanced planning and staff time required, we retain a 10% non-refundable fee for our Guided Backpacking Trips.
